For the base:

  • 1 cup (85g) rolled oats

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • 2 cup sleek peanut butter
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 serves JSHealth Pure Maritime Collagen 
  • ¼ cup very hot water 

For the topping:

  • 150g (5.3oz) dark chocolate, melted
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Line a modest tin with baking paper we applied a 20cm by 20cm square tin. 

To make the foundation, combine the oats and cashews in a food processor. Blitz until finally a high-quality crumb types.
